Who provides the service

Form & Compass is a trading brand of 昇源（天津）科技有限公司, a company registered in China. The company does not use a separate official English legal name.

Using this site

Form & Compass provides educational and lifestyle guidance about arranging everyday spaces. By using the site, you agree to use the material lawfully and with practical care.

Service availability

Paid report checkout is offered internationally where PayPal makes the transaction available for the customer's account and location. Form & Compass does not apply its own country or region block.

PayPal may still make a payment method or transaction unavailable under its own account, country, currency, risk or regulatory rules. If PayPal does not approve and complete the transaction, we do not create a paid questionnaire or treat the order as paid.

Report options

The Bedroom Space Report is listed at $49 USD with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. The Home Layout Review is listed at $99 USD with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. The delivery estimate starts after you submit the complete questionnaire, not when payment is made, and the report is delivered in English.

The amount shown immediately before PayPal approval is the total USD amount charged by us for the selected report. We do not add another seller charge after you continue to PayPal. PayPal or your payment provider may separately apply its own currency conversion, exchange rate or account fee, which is outside our displayed seller charge.

Payment and order confirmation

PayPal processes the payment. Our server creates a questionnaire and service order only after it confirms a completed payment for the displayed product, amount, merchant and USD currency. A return to this site by itself does not prove payment.

The contract is accepted when our server confirms the completed PayPal payment for the displayed order. We will then email a durable order confirmation containing the service, total paid, delivery estimate, agreed terms version and the withdrawal acknowledgement recorded at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations

You may tell us that you wish to withdraw from a paid report contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, by emailing support@mail.formandcompass.cloud. Any clear statement is sufficient. Where the law requires a refund, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive a valid withdrawal notice, normally through the original payment method.

At checkout, you must take a positive action to expressly request that preparation of the personalized report begins before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge that the right to withdraw ends once the service has been fully performed and the report delivered. The request is not pre-selected, and its time and terms version are recorded with the payment order.

If you withdraw after work has begun at your request but before the service is fully performed, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the work supplied up to the time of withdrawal, where applicable law allows it, and refund the balance. Once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right ends only where the required express request and acknowledgement were given. This does not limit any mandatory right relating to non-performance, non-conformity, misdescription or another remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Optional withdrawal form: “To 昇源（天津）科技有限公司, at support@mail.formandcompass.cloud: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [report name], ordered on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Order email: [email]. Date: [date].”

Using our content

Site content is provided as general information and lifestyle guidance. You may apply general guidance to your own space, but may not copy, resell or present the original material as your own.

Report scope

A report is based on the information you provide and may be limited by missing, approximate or unclear details. It offers a traditional Feng Shui review and prioritized recommendations. Medical, financial, legal, structural and other specialist decisions remain outside the service.

You are responsible for submitting information you are entitled to share and for avoiding faces, identity documents, account details and unrelated personal material in optional photos. We may ask for clarification where information is incomplete, and the delivery estimate begins only after the complete questionnaire is received.

Private access and support

Questionnaire and report links are private, time-limited access links. Do not forward them. Contact support@mail.formandcompass.cloud if a link expires, you believe an order is incorrect, or you wish to make a complaint.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as services change. The date above shows when this page was last revised. A paid order remains associated with the terms version accepted at checkout; a later page update does not silently replace that recorded version for the completed order.
