Information we collect

The public site does not collect payment card details. If you use a private report questionnaire, we may collect your email address, approximate room layouts, answers about the space and, for a bedroom review, optional photos. We do not ask for identity documents, birth details, an exact home address, exact room measurements or a complete floor plan.

How we use it

We use this information only to prepare, review and deliver the report you requested, help you access it and protect the service. We do not publish or sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Storage and access

Only people who need the information to operate the service can access it. Hosting providers may process basic access logs for security and availability. Report records do not yet have an automatic deletion date.

Your choices

Share only the details requested in your private questionnaire. Photos are optional; if you add them, avoid faces, identity documents, screens and unrelated personal items. To ask about or request deletion of submitted information, use the same private channel through which your review was arranged.
